a sheltered position with plenty of on site services.

Mindelo, allowing unrestricted movement in and out of
the marina independent from low or high water.

floor of the building at the seaside of the jetty, with
a wonderful view of the marina and the open seas in
front of the old town of Mindelo. The restaurant will
offer both traditional Cape Verdian and continental
dishes. WC´s and showers are located in the lower
part of the building.
